I’M A WOMAN WHO DECIDED TO STOP WAITING AND START BECOMING.

From a young age, I knew I was meant for more—and I wasn’t afraid to take the road less traveled to get there. While others followed tradition, I followed my inner knowing. I built a career across borders, living abroad and shaping a life rooted in curiosity, courage, and clarity.

MINDSET IS THE METHOD

That mindset became my method. Whether I was teaching students in international classrooms or leading educators across the globe, I always taught that the skills we learn aren’t just for grades—they’re for life.

I’ve lived and worked around the world, from classrooms in Asia to workshops in the U.S. Embassy in India. I’ve helped global teams and ambitious women redesign how they show up—for themselves, their dreams, and their legacies.

I’VE ALWAYS ENCOURAGED PEOPLE TO THINK BIGGER, USE WHAT THEY KNEW, AND TAKE ACTION TOWARD THE LIVES THEY DREAMED OF.

Because actualization doesn’t start someday—it starts with a decision.

And I’ve been choosing it every step of the way.

TO BE ACTUALIZED?

Being actualized, to me, means mastering your mind, habits, and environment so you can create a life that aligns with who you really are.

It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence.

It’s not about wishing, it’s about working.

Daily. Intentionally. With clarity.

My goal in Learning, Leadership and Organization Development is to research ways to engage women in leadership spaces and actualize these values on a global scale.
